Uninflated Frilloons ship within 3 business days (based on availability). Frilloon will arrive unassembled and does not include helium or weights. Assembly instructions included.
Helium-inflated Frilloons will receive an up-charge of $10. Jewel Diamond Clear balloons also have the additional option of being filled with Confetti, for an up-charge of $10. Please select your preference using the 'Balloon Color' and 'Helium Preference' drop down menus.

Orders are available for local pick up in Richfield, MN for no additional cost.
If you live within 25 miles of Richfield, MN, you may opt for local delivery at the rate of $35.00
Local deliveries require a 3 day advance notice. We will do our best to accommodate orders sooner! Please include your requested delivery date and delivery address in the "Add special instructions" box upon checkout.
After successfully checking out you will receive an email to confirm the date and time for your delivery service or pick up.
Due to the fragile nature of balloons, Shop Frilloon cannot be held responsible for the condition of your Frilloon once they have left our care.
