GENERAL QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, we are accepting payment exclusively through PayPal. Thus, any form of payment authorized by PayPal is acceptable.

How does the order process work?

For in stock Frilloons, choose a product and use the drop down selection tools to select your preferred balloon color and helium preference. Each product page has a color chart for reference when selecting a balloon color. For Custom Orders email us at hello@shopfrilloon.com.

Can I feature Frilloons in my blog/website or in an editorial image?

We would love it if you would! If you have interest in blog features, collaborations, or prop procurements, please contact us at hello@shopfrilloon.com.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we are not accepting orders outside of the United States.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of the product, our return policy is limited. Returns for in stock orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@shopfrilloon.com to submit a return request. Custom and build-your-own orders are non-refundable.

Are the colors shown in photos and swatch cards true to life?

Colors pictured on the website are as close to reality as possible. In some circumstances, hues on the screen may vary slightly from what you might perceive in person. This is due to the nature of the media and variances in color settings on computer displays. If you have concerns about a particular color, please reach out and we will do our best to clarify any uncertainty you may have with regard to your order’s color palette.

What is ‘Andon’? I thought I was at Shop Frilloon?

Shop Frilloon is a division of Andon, Inc.  Established in 1973, Andon Balloons is a one of a kind decorating company.  We are your primary stop for Frilloons, balloons, bouquet delivery, helium distribution, signs, banners and photo booth rental.  Andon has been leaving it’s mark on Minnesota for 45 years and now is in its second generation of family ownership.  

Our one-stop shop is located right off of Penn Ave and 64th Street in Richfield, Minnesota.  Our storefront will provide you with excellent customer service whether you need Frilloons, balloons, are renting a helium tank, or are looking for examples and ideas for upcoming events. Either stop by and we can come up with something that suits your needs, or feel free to call.  We also can deliver anywhere in the surrounding metro.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Which mail carrier will deliver my Frilloon?

Frilloon orders are shipped via UPS.

How will you deliver such a large balloon via snail mail?

Magic! Nope, your Frilloon will arrive unassembled in its box. The balloon will ship deflated with the garland tassel unattached. You will need to find a local balloon resource to fill the balloon with helium for use. Some tips: Ask the party store to add "high float" and fill to about 30 inches wide. Tie the tassel onto the neck of the balloon, between the knot and the balloon, once the balloon has been tied off.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

In general, items will be shipped via UPS ground. If you have an event planned or a tight deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.

How does the local delivery service work?

If you live within 25 miles of Richfield, MN, you may opt for local delivery at the rate of $35. To take advantage of this service, select ‘Local Delivery’ on the Shopping Cart page prior to checkout. Locally delivered balloons can arrive two ways: filled with helium or unfilled. Please make this choice as you select "helium preference" on the product page. Because of the cost involved for helium inflation, each filled balloon will receive an up-charge of $10. If you prefer to inflate the balloon(s) yourself, you can select "unfilled" for no additional charge. We will contact you to schedule a delivery once your order has been finalized.

What is your return and refund policy?

CUSTOM ORDERS

Why are custom orders more expensive?

Custom orders involve more time and energy (and love) to complete. Plus, we need to factor in added shipping costs we endure in ordering supplies for each order.

How early do I need to get in touch with you for a custom order?

We ask that you reach out to us a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your desired delivery date.

How long does it take to receive custom orders?

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for order processing, construction, and delivery of custom orders. Each Frilloon is made by hand and with love, so timeframes shorter than this may compromise the quality of your piece. If for any reason your order’s production will take longer than anticipated, we will contact you immediately before moving forward.

Do you offer design guidance for custom Frilloon orders?
